These are the topline results of a YouGov/Economist survey of 1000 US adults interviewed October 19 - 21, 2013 on the direction of the country. The results show that most Americans think the country is on the wrong track, but Democrats are more likely to say that we are headed in the right direction than during the shutdown. The margin of error is 4.4%.
