Thank you for being a part of YouGov Pulse and helping us understand how people use the internet. To continue participating and earning points you will need to update the current software as it will no longer be supported after July 31st 2018. To update the software, please follow the instruction we have sent via email recently.

If you’d rather leave the Pulse panel, please ensure you uninstall the current app as after July 31st we cannot guarantee how your device might be affected.

To uninstall the software, please follow these steps:

  • For Desktop & Laptop:

    • XP: Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > "YouGov Pulse" > Remove

    • Vista & Windows 7: Start > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features > "YouGov Pulse" > Uninstall

    • Windows 8 & 10: Start > Settings > Apps > "YouGov Pulse" > Uninstall

  • For Smartphone & Tablet: Go to the settings screen of your device. Go to 'Apps' (or Applications) and choose the option "All". Choose the YouGov Pulse app from the list, and click on "Uninstall" to remove it.
