BrandIndex Releases 2010 Buzz Rankings: Subway Replaces Google at Top of the Chart

Subway, the world’s largest restaurant chain with 34,000 locations worldwide, achieved the highest level of Buzz out of all consumers brands tracked in the daily BrandIndex service, replacing last year’s winner Google, which ranks 5th this year.
