These are the topline results of a YouGov/Economist survey of 1000 US adults interviewed February 8-10, 2014 on the history of sexual abuse in the Catholic Church. The results show that Americans think that, in contrast with the past, the Church is trying to prevent abuse rather than cover it up. The margin of error is 4%.
