A new YouGov poll finds that 77% of people living in Phoenix thoroughly enjoy the weather in their city during fall

While plenty of folks across the nation are likely sad about saying goodbye to the summer sun, chances are that's not the case in Phoenix, Arizona, according to a recent YouGov Omnibus survey.

The data shows that 77% of Phoenix residents report that they like the weather in their city during the fall season "a lot." That rate of autumn enjoyment is higher than any other recorded by people living in America’s 20 largest metro areas.

In a close second place, however, came Denver (76%), followed by Minneapolis-St. Paul (73%), and Atlanta (72%).

The urban hubs seemingly least excited about the onset of fall weather in their city are Seattle-Tacoma (52%), Miami-Fort Lauderdale (54%), and Los Angeles (54%).
