Mounia has been at YouGov since 2018. She joined as Chief of Staff, being a key advisor to the CEO and leading on strategic initiatives to support YouGov’s growth and transformation. Mounia also leads YouGov’s efforts on Diversity and Inclusion globally. Her role expanded in 2022 to look after the People team (HR), with a mandate to ensure that our people strategy is fully aligned with YouGov’s business strategy. Prior to working for YouGov, Mounia worked in management consulting, strategy and corporate affairs, mostly in the Telecom, Media and Publishing industries, both in start-ups and large international companies.
