A research by Yum Yum Videos surveyed 167 business owners across the US.
This article highlights that more and more business owners are recognising the capability of video to beat other content types in increasing brand awareness, sales, and web traffic. Of those businesses that have executed video marketing campaigns in the past, 87% of them reported satisfaction with its ROI.
The report found 21% more businesses (compared to 2018) plan to implement video marketing this year. 67% of the respondents are planning a minimum of three marketing videos and 14% expect to make over ten videos. 62% of respondents believe video campaigns could be “very” or “extremely important” to their marketing campaigns for 2019.
59% of those surveyed prefer distributing their video content on through social media. As per the survey, 35% of business owners reported better ROI of their video efforts from Instagram, and 28% from YouTube.
