Google My Business (GMB) has launched branding and promotional tools that will help businesses improve their presence on the platform. The new features will enable brands to display a logo on their profile and add a cover photo.
Using the dynamic photo module feature, businesses can add captions to images they wish to highlight. Businesses can also send welcome offers to users that choose to follow the brand.
On the promotions front, through a newly launched site, companies can create and order free posters, stickers and other promotional items. Google has also empowered brands to use short names or URL, which will be searchable in Google and Google Maps.
