Facebook has released its automated lead generation feature for Messenger, to all advertisers. Businesses can now engage with their customers through an automated question and answer experience via click-to-Messenger ads.
Upon clicking the “Send Message” button in a click-to-Messenger ad within the Facebook News Feed, users will be taken to the business’ chatbox. The new feature will send across a reminder to leads that haven’t responded to questions.
