One-third of B2Bs are looking to invest in personalised content in 2020.
This article cites an Episerver research for which 700 B2B decision-makers across US, UK, Germany, Sweden and Australia were surveyed. The study revealed that one-third or over 33% of B2B organisations surveyed are thinking of investing in personalised content in 2020.
82% of respondents noted that they will use AI to tailor customer experiences over the next three years. While personalising, the focus areas will be automated marketing, ordering and personalisation itself.
The research highlighted that 91% of the respondents trust that B2B brands care about the customer’s experience. They also believe that a brand’s personalised website provides a stronger customer experience. Additionally, one-third of the respondents stated paying more attention to their brand’s mobile experience.
