A study cited in the article indicates that 50% of sales are lost because a customer can’t easily find what they are looking for. Hence, brands should create websites that are simple, informative and implement intuitive navigation.
Retailers should portray their products in a manner that doesn’t appear different from how they actually are. They could also allow customers to upload product pictures and videos in the review section for other potential buyers to view the product first-hand.
