Additionally, 72% of CMOs are expecting an increase in customer acquisition with 74% planning to use channel partners to achieve it. Nearly all companies surveyed have directed their largest share of their budgets towards the US market.
There has been a 10% increase in this since 2012. For the past eight years, spends on digital marketing have been about 10% above traditional marketing. Further, 56% of CMOs believe new recruits bring missing skills to the table, those that aren’t fulfilled by added training.
