This is the platform’s first partnership of its kind in the United States.
As a result of this TikTok-Horizon Media partnership deal, the ByteDance-owned video sharing app would share information around product updates and launches, while the New York-based media company would provide real-time feedback before the products’ market launch. TikTok would share alpha and beta testing opportunities among potential clients.
This partnership will provide services such as proactive support for on-boarding new clients, campaign strategy and execution support for active users who are also strategic counsel on new business opportunities. Both the companies would also share data and analytics among themselves.
Horizon’s Blue Hour Studios would lead the creative strategy around client activations for the partnership. “Horizon Media sees a lot of value for our clients created through this partnership with TikTok,” Horizon’s Alex Stone said.
