64% of small businesses in the US are conducting email marketing without marketing software or CRM in 2021.
A recent survey by Visual Objects found that most American small businesses do not use CRM tools, like HubSpot or Salesforce, and manually conduct email marketing. Designzillas’ brand strategist Tina Fleming said, “You are leaving money on the table if you’re not using a real CRM”.
Around 19% of small businesses in the United States plan to cut marketing spends on video marketing in 2021. Production expenses, remote coordination challenges and the ability to produce content in-house could account for video marketing budget cuts. While only 10% of small businesses are planning to increase SEO marketing spends.
The company website is the top marketing channel for more than half of small businesses. Most companies, however, rank social media as one of their most successful digital marketing channels.
