SalesIntel’s recent report finds how companies are using technology-driven tools to boost sales efforts.

The report states, 79% of sales teams are improving efficiency by using sales analytics tech. While 55% of sales data entry was replaced by automation in 2020, implementation of sales enablement tools increased by 567%.

Of those polled, social selling tools are being used by 71% of all sales professionals and 90% of top salespeople. Further, with direct data access from CRM software, companies reported shortening sales cycle by 8-14%. Brands using automatic one-click upsells online can improve average order sizes by 360%.

81% of sales representatives say it’s vital to have connected data view across a consumer’s journey, while 75% of CEOs expect video conferencing to replace normal calls. Challenges like inconsistent data across tech (41%) and inaccurate lead data (40%) are driving salespeople to use quality data tools.
