Despite LinkedIn’s growth and marketing opportunities, it remains an underrated marketing channel. While only 10% of marketers say they are investing in LinkedIn, just around 15% say they create content specifically for the professional network.
Both Hootsuite and We Are Social reported that LinkedIn advertising could help marketers reach 727 million people. The company claims that LinkedIn’s lead conversion rates are three times higher than other popular ad platforms, including Google Ads.
In the third quarter of 2020, LinkedIn saw the amount of content shared on the platform increased by 50%. Interestingly, four out of five LinkedIn members drive business decisions at their companies, making it a perfect reason for B2B marketers to invest in the platform.
