Persado’s recently surveyed CMOs and senior marketing leaders across the UK, US, France, and Italy.
Nearly 50% of CMOs use AI to improve marketing performance as the significance of AI and machine learning increases, as per the report. Of those polled, 73% of marketing leaders are planning to implement AI in parts of their creative process.
Further, 67% of marketers reported direct revenue impact of between 10% and 70% with the use of AI. Nearly three in four financial services survey respondents are using AI for marketing, and 87% respondents want creative processes to be more accountable and data-driven.
The top challenges experienced by marketers are linking tests and experiments to business outcomes (39%), and integration with the core systems (24%). However, 47% of participants are planning to use AI for tech, media & communications followed by retail/ecommerce (45%) and travel & hospitality (38%).
