The World Federation of Advertisers (WFA) is conducting the first international census to collect data on the workforce, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
In collaboration with Campaign, Kantar, and industry bodies of the European Association of Communications Agencies and VoxComm, WFA is conducting a global ad industry inclusion census. The survey aims to benefit the international advertising and marketing industry in evaluating its workforce composition in terms of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
While the UK will not be participating in the census, it's All In poll conducted in March will be included in the final results. Other big brands supporting the census include Diageo, GSK, Havas, Mars, Mondelez, and Reckitt.
An online poll will run online between 21 June - 2 July. The results will be published by Campaign later this year and will be presented at leading industry events in October.
