The roll-out of 5G will further eliminate lag and speed-related challenges, making shopping experiences more immersive and connected. A study by AR solutions provider Zeekit found that shoppers are five times more likely to purchase clothing if they virtually try that product with the help of artificial intelligence.
M-commerce can make businesses sustainable, reduce carbon emissions, promote sustainability, and help brands strengthen customer relationships. Zeekit found return rates to drop from 38% to about 2% after applying technologies like AR.
