Brands could harness Twitter's potential for engagement to promote content across apps and social media platforms, as Twitter has the most engaged userbase. The report from Talkwalker highlights that Twitter has 353 million monthly active users and sees 500 million tweets posted per day.

When a tweet includes a URL in the middle, users on the platform are 26% more inclined to retweet it. Also, tweets with quotes and one hashtag could get retweeted 53% and 69% of the time respectively.

Moreover, 73.9% of users acquire news from Twitter, and 80% are more active on Twitter through a mobile device. With 60% of users expecting a brand to reply to customer care requests within an hour, replying to consumer queries on Twitter is recommended.
