Litmus’s Apple Audience Report provides insightful metrics to help email marketers prepare better for Apple’s privacy updates. The new section will provide an easy-to-understand dashboard that will allow users to view anonymised metrics, like open rates, email engagement, and the Apple email reading environment.
According to Litmus Email Client Market Share, almost half of all email opens in 2020 took place in Apple products. But, targeting audiences is becoming increasingly challenging for marketers as Apple strengthens its privacy walls.
Litmus CEO Erik Nierenberg said, “With access to this report, our customers continue to feel empowered to deliver exceptional email experiences — the same way they always have — while also embracing consumer privacy changes.” Nierenberg added the report offers analytics by blocking personally identifiable information.
