But, while crafting headlines with numbers and statistical figures, marketers should keep in mind that small numbers are more digestible than large ones, and odd numbers are seen as more authentic than even ones.

With more than half of people sharing content without even reading it, businesses should include a rationale – like tips, reasons, tricks and ideas – in their headlines to boost social shares. Further, craft unique and ultra-specific headlines that convey a sense of urgency and provide something useful to attract user attention and drive clicks.
