43% of Americans would buy from businesses with well-designed logos

McDonald’s, Amazon, and Nike have some of the most memorable logos among US adults, as per Vistaprint.

When it comes to brand identity, consumers (92%) feel that a logo should be a top priority for new companies. 43% of consumers believe well-designed logos would increase the probability of them buying from small businesses.

The most trusted logo colours identified by consumers include blue (34%), white (24%), and black (23%). Millennials favourite logo colour is blue, while Gen Z prefer black. However, pink, silver, and orange among others are the least favourite logo colours.

Food & drink, technology, and the beauty industry, at 45%, 35%, and 32% respectively have the best logo designs. Further, 60% of consumers believe that logos should be gender-neutral. 49% are less likely to shop from businesses that don’t have their logos aligned with their offerings.
