According to a Phrasee survey, brand language forms a core part of the marketing strategy of 91% of US marketers.

Back in 2020, 74% of marketers said their brand language helps them connect with customers. This year, that number has increased to 88%.  According to a survey of 300 marketers in the US, while brand language is now a priority, 68% of marketers are more stressed than 2020 about striking the right tone.

About 61% of the respondents also say they struggle with keeping brand language interesting and engaging enough for audiences. In order to face these challenges, 63% of marketers are willing to consider investing in AI to generate and optimise copies.

This number has increased by 36% from 2020. Similarly, compared to 2020, 65% of respondents today have more trust in AI for generating desirable brand language.
