Udemy for Business has published a report highlighting top trends in UX, design and marketing in 2022.
With many alternatives available in the market, a brand’s user experience must be optimal and accessible. Graphics involved in site or app design must be clear-cut and elegant.
Such design must also have simplicity, thereby making it more accessible to users. Since consumers now have some control over which ads to forego, marketers must use the brand’s social media more effectively.
This means brand content must come from a “place of relatively greater sincerity.” Companies must also invest in marketing analytics as its helps understand how a brand is doing online. The report also found that, at 227%, graphic design was the top design and UX skill in 2021. On the marketing front, at 185%, marketing analytics was the top skill.
