According to HubSpot, 9 out of 10 viewers said they wanted to see more videos from brands and businesses.

With customers wanting more videos from brands, companies should share customer success stories and engage with potential as well as existing customers through videos in both short and long formats. They can use video content to showcase their latest products, offer behind-the-scenes look or testimonials from happy customers.

Disappearing videos on social platforms can be used for publishing ephemeral or in-the-moment content like product teasers, highlights from an event or daily specials. Brands can also opt for community management and customer service-centric strategies to interact with their audiences, resolve complaints and answer queries. By doing so, marketers can show how much the brand prioritises customer care.

Similarly, building brand presence on private forums and communities like Quora and Reddit can help the business establish itself as a thought leader and demonstrate industry expertise. But, companies must make sure the brand content are relevant to their customers and are distributed on their prospects’ most used platforms.
