According to the survey, 34.3% of respondents chose streaming services based on the accessibility of fresh content. While Netflix dominates the online video streaming industry, Spotify is the most preferred music-streaming platform. On the other hand, HBO emerged as the best streaming service for finding TV dramas.
Around 42.9% of streaming service users consider cost as an important component to determine subscriptions between different streaming services. The report also found that gaming streams are the latest addition to the streaming industry.
