(Week of 5/25/2013) This President’s time in office has suffered from the perception of a poor economy, and the continuing belief that it is not improving, but continuing to get worse. This week marks a small - but clear - change, suggesting possible light at the end of the tunnel. More in this week’s Economist/YouGov Poll think things are improving than believe they are getting worse. While this marks a change in perception, it is fairly limited. Though 29% think things are getting better, nearly as many continue to believe it’s getting worse. 40% see no change.
