Are you our new Manager Client Services on the BrandIndex/Profiles team?
YouGov’s ‘Products’ group seeks an energetic and analytic person to join its team as a Client Services Manager. The primary responsibilities include training / implementing our new clients on our reporting interfaces, producing PowerPoint analysis of recent brand activities and working collaboratively with YouGov colleagues to manage our current client roster subscribing to our data products. This position includes a variety of client facing opportunities as well as work with our sales, PR and YouGov management team.
The role requires excellent research, communication and people management skills. ‘Managers’ are expected to be highly organized and efficient in leading the day to day relationship of key accounts. This also includes growing the business through upselling opportunities and strengthening our relationships with a wide variety of clients. The role would include forging and maintaining connections with senior level contacts at some of the biggest companies in the world. We do not focus on simply providing data, but offering the insights to turn rigorous research into strategic action thus demonstrating the absolute necessity of YouGov data. This is a concept that candidates are expected to demonstrate.

Are you our new Sales Director selling BrandIndex and Profiles products?
This is no ordinary sales department. You can expect to be generating sales for the most exciting syndicated data products in the world, that form the cornerstone of YouGov’s future growth goals. YouGov is not just a political polling company, we are a highly complex and customer-obsessed data company ranked 20th in the American Marketing Association’s gold report of top 25 global market research firms. You will be joining a team that works with the world’s leading brands, and we only need high calibre candidates that are ready to join us on our journey.
What will I be doing?
You will have the chance to own a designated territory; discovering, developing and managing accounts and handling complex negotiations and contracts, ideally from selling to consumer brands or media agencies. Your commercial awareness of subscription products and excellent communication skills will allow you to really promote YouGov’s data offerings, and your relentless energy, positive attitude and never-give-up approach will give you the platform to succeed.
Day-to-day you will be working on your own initiative and have the ability to motivate yourself. You will be supported by a products team that are dynamic, fast paced and like-minded, who like you, generate and celebrate success. We encourage and foster a collaborative culture and recognise the challenges that come with new business sales, but we need hard-hitters with excellent territory knowledge to add to our global structure.
What do I need to bring with me?
As you’d expect, you will already be an experienced sales person with exceptional hunter-style business development skills, along with a demonstrable track record of sales achievements (and plenty of them). You’ll ideally have experience of the subscription sales and have dealt with average deal values in excess of $100k. Naturally we also expect excellent written English language skills, and being extremely personable and client facing is crucial.
Are you our new Sales Associate?
The Sales Associate is responsible for identifying key contacts within potential clients, gaining access to those executives to pitch our powerful survey solutions and closing those meetings with positive results.
The Sales Associate will be involved in the further development and account management among clients brought in, the identification of potential clients within other business sectors or functions within businesses, and assisting with the development of advertising, promotion, and collateral materials to support the business development efforts.

Are you our new Junior Research Associate?
This entry-level role is a great opportunity to work in the YouGov US Omnibus Team, developing as a market researcher specializing in fast-turnaround Omnibus and bespoke sample research projects on a whole host of topics. This role will involve research design, project management, direct client liaison, attention to detail and lots of teamwork. For the talented and fast-learning, the role will equip the researcher with the basic tools of market research and understanding of a range of research sectors.
