Shih manages political and special research projects including 10 years managing the Cooperative Election Study. She works closely with clients advising on questionnaire design and set up, and also with YouGov's analytics and operations team overseeing programming, fielding and data delivery. She earned a B.S. in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Los Angeles
