Oliver is the founder of YouGov’s Reputation Research practice which runs studies for governments, regulators, blue chip multinationals, NGOs and trade associations around the world, supporting clients in their reputation management and reputation development work.

With over 20 years research experience, Oliver has a background in communications working in broadcast media and advertising, including stints at EMAP, WPP, Capital Radio Group, and Guardian Media Group, before moving to focus on reputation and its critical role in modern organizations.

He is a research industry award winner (MRS), frequent conference speaker, and an active member of the UK’s research and PR/public affairs community.
