Marketing agencies are increasingly looking to innovate by incorporating AI into their work. A recent study found that 66% of marketers are looking to mix AI into their marketing stacks over the next five years.
Content creation is one of the primary avenues where agencies are experimenting with AI. Marketers already working in the area say they do not expect content creators to be replaced. AI will instead help create more diverse and dynamic content that will be more personalised and proactive to things like pricing and recommendations.
Another area where AI is helping agencies is content moderation. Given the vast amounts of content created daily, even platforms like Facebook and Twitter face trouble policing troubling content online. Some companies are already training algorithms to be more inclusive and sift through content in a contextual manner.
