A new survey suggests that 52% of US males support Lahren's logic that favoring limited government should result in a pro-choice attitude, compared to 42% of females
During a recent appearance on The View, conservative political commentator Tomi Lahren defended her pro-choice stance as follows: "I’m someone that’s for limited government. So I can’t sit here and be a hypocrite and say I’m for limited government but I think the government should decide what women do with their bodies."
According to a new YouGov survey, 52% of men either mostly or somewhat agree with Lahren's statement, compared to 42% of women. When it comes to political parties, 57% of Democrats and 38% of Republicans agree. Overall, 47% of US adults show support for Lahren's comments, while 35% disagree and 18% aren't sure.
Additional data shows that US adults are more likely than not to think Lahren’s pro-choice comments on The View were an attempt to make herself more appealing to a mainstream audience.
