For 42% of participants, “unique products or services” are one of the two main reasons to buy from a small business. 76% of customers expect these businesses to understand their needs and expectations and provide a good customer experience.

Further, 48% of customers prefer to learn about their favourite brands through social media. Whereas 30% of respondents prefer emails.
