The study found that 63% of companies that have dominated competitors use marketing automation. Companies managed to improve sales productivity by 14.5%, using marketing automation.

Multichannel programs can help brands reach consumers across different digital touchpoints. By 2020, 30% of companies would’ve integrated AI in at least one of their sales processes. A cited Gartner report anticipates 85% of all digital interactions to be handled by AI.

Further, 79% of US marketers who used experiential marketing reported driving more sales. Executive branding also has a significant impact on credibility. 81% of consumers reported trusting company blogs, and 92% said they’d trust peer recommendations.
