Incorporating Twitter’s Amplify pre-roll ads into the marketing mix could help brands increase value for video ads. While Amplify could be only accessed by verified brands, Twitter recently updated the pre-roll program and made it available to more advertisers.
Brands can now pair ads with premium video content. Advertisers can pair ads with premium content from about 10 preset groups of publishers, including themes like light-hearted and health and wellness. Pairing ads with publishers improves purchase intent by 1.7 times, as per Twitter.
Moreover, in the new ad design of pre-roll ads, brand logos are displayed in the upper-left corner, and marketers can pick from a list of CTAs. Also, advertisers can now browse the list of publishers in the curated category and see ad volume for each category.
