However, 45% of marketers in the UK say their organisation’s ability to communicate with consumers has been negatively impacted as a result of the pandemic. Further, with businesses prioritising websites to communicate with customers, rather than using social or search engine listings, indicates their communication struggles.

Businesses should convey their open locations and update their opening hours across all their online platforms, including the website. Hiring a skilled communication team can help brands communicate COVID-19 protocols online.
