Creators can submit branded content before the approval with the brand name, while waiting for a response, providing creators more freedom to publish content.
Instagram has announced updates to come to its Branded Content tools for Live, IGTV, Reels and Stories in the coming weeks. The new additions will increase transparency and make it easier for companies and creators to manage Branded Content requests.
Creators can tag up to two companies in a single post and businesses can see the other brand before approving requests. To request approval from a brand, creators can do so from within their settings.
Brands can approve or deny any integrated media requests while viewing the post or in settings. In addition, brands will have access to content insights on partnerships for Reels and IG Live from 7 June. Companies can also access new insights from Reels and Live in Branded Content.
