Users visit mobile web pages during work breaks or moments like waiting their turn at the register in grocery stores. This way, smartphone readers are more likely to be interrupted while reading. Make sure web page content is to the point and does not take too long to read.

Mobile messaging must get to the most important and relevant message quickly to engage users better. Mobile readers spend just 72 seconds on a mobile web page. On the other hand, desktop web page visits command 150 seconds of their time.

Organise website content in a way that makes it easy for readers to skim through the information. With people recollecting just 19% of what they read on their smartphones, avoid overwhelming readers with too much information.
