SMB owners open to automating tasks

After automating the business, 62% of SMB owners plan to devote more time to their firm, as per Ontraport’s study.

With many small and mid-sized business (SMB) owners handling several business activities themselves, 50% of them feel tethered to their businesses. SMB owners can save time by automating repetitive tasks like responding to customers, scheduling appointments, tracking reports, and more.

40% of business owners believe they could automate one to five hours of daily tasks per week. 13% believe that 20 hours or more spent on everyday chores can be automated.

SMB owners (84%) plan to transition to a single platform for automation, and 64% plan to implement between two and five solutions to manage marketing, sales, and online presence. Landon Ray, founder, and CEO at Ontraport says that the right technology is necessary for business managers to reclaim valuable time.
