While streaming services draw people of all ages and ethnicities in the US, White Americans account for 60% of the country's streaming audience, followed by Black Americans (17%) and Hispanics (17%). Asians account for 4% of the streaming population.
When it comes to consumption of streaming services, White Americans (60%), Black Americans (13%), Hispanics (21%), and Asians (4%) stream Netflix. However, Tubi at 39% is most-watched among Black Americans.
71% of White Americans watch Disney+, while 9% of Black Americans, 15% of Hispanics, and 2% of Asians watch it. YouTube is watched by 50% of White Americans, 21% of Hispanics, 21% of Black Americans, 6% of Asians, and 2% of other ethnicities. Age-wise, 58% of streamers are 35 years and above.
