Marketers can leverage features like Lead Ads and use segmentation abilities to generate leads and reach wider audiences on Facebook. On the other hand, Facebook-owned Instagram has 90% of its users follow a business account and 50% of them being more interested in a brand once they encounter an ad for it on the platform.
Brands can use tools like features like shoppable ads, Stories and Reels to enhance customer engagement on Instagram. Less than 10% of the marketers cited other platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter and Snapchat as the best channel for their businesses. While LinkedIn may not have offered the best ROI for businesses, the platform effectively generates and nurtures leads.
