The Windows company announced the new feedback platform would help them listen better and gather feedback in new ways.
Microsoft has shared plans to move to a new feedback platform to collect and use feedback more effectively. They would use the new feedback platform to gather feedback and then push it to the engineering teams for action.
Though the new feedback platform would enable users to share feedback publicly, the user experience is expected to be similar. Previously recorded feedback would be migrated over the new platform before 30 September.
Microsoft has not yet disclosed the URL of the new feedback platform. Along with submitting their feedback on the new platform, users can also provide feedback within the “Help” section of the advertising UI or email Microsoft Ads.
