The Menlo Park based company has launched a bunch of new tools to enhance live streaming shopping along with creator-audience interaction and community-building among users.

Apart from simplifying the navigation menu and making insights and tools more accessible, Meta will be introducing “Featured Links”. This feature allows live streamers to add third-party links to their live broadcasts. Users can click on the links and head to blogs, products and causes, without leaving the live video.

Similarly, the new “Polls” feature allows creators to gather real-time feedback from fans. The new “Live With” tool expands the number of co-broadcasters to three accounts.

Live streamers will be able to highlight their top supporters with the “Front Row” experience. Previously, Meta also announced a bonus programme, which will pay creators based on how well their live broadcasts perform on Facebook.
