53% of US Hispanics prefer Amazon for online shopping

YouTube is the preferred source of information for 38.8% of US Hispanics, according to a recent report by LLYC and Expeditions Strategies.

US Hispanics are more likely to do everyday banking transactions online, compared to the white demographic . Chase (29%), Bank of America (28%), Wells Fargo (22%), and Capital One (11%) are the top online banking brands used by Hispanics to transact and track purchases.

When it comes to favourite online stores, Amazon at 53% ranks the highest among Hispanics, followed by Walmart (10%) and Target (4%). Food is the most frequent online purchase among Hispanics, according to 21.7%.

In addition, clothing, and accessories are most favourite recent purchases for 41% of respondents. Also, 25% of all shopping visits are on digital channels. When it comes to automotive, 50% of Hispanics favour SUVs and sedans, while only 5% prefer trucks.
