Around 90% of consumers state that they value targeted advertising based on individual or specific search patterns. Consumers will also rely on online reviews for social proof of the brand’s credibility before making a purchase.

Brands can use their Google Business listing and social media profiles to gather customer reviews and later feature them on their website. Next year, micro-influencers will become more valuable for brands, given that smaller influencers usually have more loyal followers and a particular niche that brands can engage with.
