Consumers (61%) prefer brands contacting them over emails. McKinsey’s data reveals that compared to Facebook and Twitter, email marketing is 40 times more efficient at acquiring consumers. Further, 40% of B2B marketers state email newsletters are vital for content marketing. Personalised emails increase transaction rates by six times.
