About 78.2% of US executives feel advanced technologies in digital marketing are vital to improving CX.
Senior-level executives in the US across multiple industries including retail, manufacturing and CPG are relying on AI-enabled martech to enhance customer engagement. According to a Persado report, 78.3% of the respondents rely on AI for creative development and execution.
Similarly, 74.5% of those surveyed agree that AI helps their organisations manage challenges pertaining to offering personalised CX. Around 53.9% of the respondents currently use AI or machine learning to personalise CX.
The survey also found that 78.2% of executives believe first-party data is important for using AI in digital marketing. Moreover, 86.1% of respondents are already using first-party data for marketing purposes.
