Microsoft Advertising has expanded its Automotive Ads placements and decided to roll out the open beta to all global advertisers. With the expansion, the format can also be used to display in the Microsoft Audience Network, the Microsoft Autos Marketplace and the Windows search bar.
The format will also begin showing on platforms like Yahoo! and DuckDuckGo. Along with this expansion, Microsoft plans to roll out a number of other expansions throughout 2022. These include support for new vehicle types across both, motorcycle and RV segments.
The company is also planning to launch support for monthly pricing and leasing options, along with support for more visuals and attributes such as an attribute for electronic vehicles. With more ad placements, businesses such as car dealerships can more effectively target more potential customers.
