As part of Infosys’s digital experience and design portfolio, Oddity will merge with Wongdoody, which was acquired in 2018.

Oddity, a German digital marketing, experience and commerce agency, has been acquired by Infosys. Oddity is one of Germany's largest independent digital companies, with over 300 digital experts in Stuttgart, Berlin, Cologne, Belgrade, Shanghai, and Taipei.

According to Infosys, the acquisition would boost its creative, branding, and experience design skills. Oddity will join Wongdoody’s network of studios across Seattle, Los Angeles, London, and others.

Ravi Kumar S, president of Infosys, notes, “With Oddity’s digital commerce and marketing knowledge as well as its metaverse-ready set-up, it is the perfect complement to Infosys’ prowess in technological transformation.” Other recent acquisitions by Infosys include Carter Digital, a digital design agency in Australia, in January 2021.
